The reviews system on Go Get Adventure allows you to gain valuable feedback from your current and previous customers, as well helping to attract new customers. We have developed a couple or resources to help you gain more reviews. These can be found on our Review Resources page.

As you can see from this diagram, the reviews system is simple.

You direct you customers to your listing on Go Get Adventure, or our special reviews page at for them to add their review. We then check the review meets our Review Guidelines and publish it on your listing. We will also email you a copy of the review.

You will be able to add a 'Managment Response' to the review if you wish. Just Login and view your reviews to add a response.

Adventure Seekers looking at your listing will read your reviews and management responses, and these will influence which providers they contact and book with, so make sure you have lots!
